Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policies on subscription cancellation and refunds

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all users of Greetify, an AI-based greeting image generation platform operated by TRADING BANIYA (Proprietorship – Nitish Goyal).

By purchasing any subscription, Sparks (in-app currency), or paid feature on Greetify, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription plan at any time from your Profile / Account Settings page within the Greetify app.

Upon successful cancellation:

  • Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Standard (free) tier
  • No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time

Important Note:

While we cancel auto-renewal from our end, users are strongly advised to also disable auto-pay mandates (UPI / card / bank) from their payment provider for additional assurance.

2. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All payments made on Greetify are non-refundable and non-reversible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription payments (monthly, annual, or any recurring plans)
  • Spark purchases (in-app virtual currency)
  • One-time feature unlocks or upgrades
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases

Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Partial usage
  • Non-usage
  • Subscription cancellation before billing cycle ends
3. Payment Issues & Exceptions (Limited)

In rare cases where:

  • Payment was successfully deducted, but
  • Subscription benefits or Sparks were not credited

Users must follow the process below before raising any dispute:

Wait 24 hours

Payment processing and internal system reconciliation may take time. In most cases, benefits are credited automatically within this window.

Refresh your Profile page and verify: Subscription status, Spark balance, Transaction history

If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, email our support team.

Important:

Refunds (if any) in such cases are not guaranteed and will be considered solely at our discretion after verification. In some cases, services or Sparks may be credited instead of a refund.

  • Registered phone number or email – used to sign in to Greetify
  • Transaction details – amount paid, date, payment method
  • Description of the issue – what you purchased vs what was received
  • Screenshots or proof – payment confirmation, error messages (if available)

Response Time: We aim to respond to all payment-related queries within 24–48 business hours.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated Effective Date
  • Continued use of Greetify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
