Shipping & Exchange Policy

How we deliver digital content and our exchange terms

This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to all users of Greetify, an AI-based greeting image generation platform operated by TRADING BANIYA (Proprietorship – Nitish Goyal).

1. Nature of Service (Digital-Only)

Greetify is a fully digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

All offerings on Greetify include:

  • AI-generated greeting images
  • Digital downloads
  • In-app features
  • Subscriptions and virtual currency (Sparks)

No physical goods, printed materials, or courier deliveries are involved.

2. Delivery of Digital Content

Since all services are digital, "shipping" refers to electronic delivery.

How delivery works:

  • Generated images are made available instantly or near-instantly within your Greetify account dashboard
  • Downloads can be accessed directly from the app after successful generation
  • Subscription upgrades and Sparks are credited electronically to your account

Note: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to network/server issues, payment verification delays, temporary service outages, or system maintenance. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

3. Access Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to their registered email / phone number
  • Logging in using the correct credentials
  • Downloading and saving generated content if needed

We are not responsible for loss of access due to:

  • Account deletion by the user
  • Loss of login credentials
  • Inactivity or expiration of features
  • Device failure or user error
4. No Exchange Policy (Strict)

Since Greetify provides intangible digital services, we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Exchanging one generated image for another
  • Exchanging Sparks for cash, credits, or alternate services
  • Exchanging subscription plans mid-cycle
  • Exchanging completed or partially used services

Once a digital service is delivered or accessed, it is considered consumed.

5. Errors, Regeneration & User Input

Generated images depend heavily on:

  • User-provided text
  • Uploaded photos or logos
  • Selected themes and preferences

If an image does not meet expectations, incorrect information was entered, or uploaded content was unclear or inaccurate — this does not qualify as a shipping error, exchange, or refund.

Tip: Users may regenerate images using available Sparks or plan benefits.

6. Service Availability Disclaimer

While we strive for uninterrupted service:

  • Greetify does not guarantee continuous availability
  • Temporary downtime or feature unavailability may occur

Such interruptions do not constitute failure of delivery or grounds for exchange or refund.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

Certain services rely on third-party providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, AI processing services).

Delays or issues arising from these dependencies:

  • Are outside our direct control
  • Do not qualify as shipping failures
  • Do not entitle users to refunds or exchanges
8. Support for Delivery Issues

If you believe:

  • Your digital content was not delivered
  • Subscription or Sparks were not credited after payment

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Exchange Policy at any time.

  • Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date
  • Continued use of Greetify constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
